All our garments are ‘true to size’. You can check the size guides for each style here or on each individual product page in the Shop section. If you are not happy with the sizing, see our returns section below.
All UK deliveries are free for orders over £100. For items under £100 we charge £3.50 for shipping. We use a signed for Royal Mail 2nd Class service. You will be sent the tracking number once the goods are shipped.
All items are sent by a Signed For service from the Royal Mail (or international tracked & signed). In your shipping confirmation email you will have received a tracking reference so you will be able to see the service used and any further options for safe delivery.

You can exchange or return any of our items, providing it is unworn and sent back in a resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please see our Returns page for more details.
Exchanges are estimated to take 3-5 working days, however in busy periods this may increase to 7 working days.
Yes, absolutely. We use a secure encrypted transmission to receive your order and card details through SagePay or PayPal, the UK’s safest portals. You can rest assured your details are safe. Hartwell is responsible for receiving and processing your order using the basic personal information you provide us during the checkout process. Sagepay UK is responsible for securely holding your card information. Hartwell at no time can see or has access to your card information for online transactions.
